This was made around the middle to the third quarter of the 19th century. This has new hand wiped tin by Bill Cox at Normandy Kitchen Copper. This will cover most French frying pans, big sautes or skillets (or anyone else's) with no trouble! The handle is securely fixed with copper rivets and the patina looks
